Onyx Holdings Ltd’s wholly owned Chinese subsidiary, Onyx Electronics (Suzhou) Ltd, has achieved ISO9001:2000 accreditation for their factory only 10 months after the company was formed and they began production at the factory there.

The Chinese subsidiary was set up primarily to manufacture P & P Technology Ltd’s complete range of EMI and RFI screening and shielding products for customers who manufacture their end products in the Far East.

Gerry Steel, General Manager of P & P Technology commented “Having a manufacturing facility in China enables us to offer clients in Asia a much quicker, more efficient and more cost-effective service. And because the factory is owned by the group and is controlled from the UK we are able to guarantee the same high level of quality they have come to expect from products produced at our UK factory.”
