Tech-Rep adds Measurement Specialties humidity sensor products to their portfolio

Tech-Rep has further expanded the portfolio of products they offer by including Measurement Specialties humidity sensor products in their range.

Tech-Rep has been successfully selling Measurement Specialties temperature sensors and probes, force sensors and pressure transducers for a while and are now adding the humidity sensors to the range.

Measurement Specialties recently acquired Humirel, a world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative humidity and temperature sensors. Humirel’s proprietary manufacturing processes, derived from the semiconductor industry, are strictly controlled to guarantee consistent output. A high level of automation in the board assembly process makes these humidity/temperature sensors ideal for high volume production required for large OEM programs. Humidity sensors are available as sense components, assemblies with voltage (analog) output or PCB modules for frequency (digital) output.

Their humidity sensors are designed to improve performance, reduce energy consumption and increase safety. In any environment where temperature affects performance, compensating for humidity should also be considered. Typical applications include automotive, appliances, HVAC and medical.
